Scan certificate vs manual entry

Manual entry is available on every plan: choose the certificate type, issue date, upload the file, and save. Expiry is calculated from validity months.

Scan uses document extraction to pre-fill fields. You must review and confirm before save. Scanning requires automations (Bronze or above). Free users can still enter certificates manually.
