Copy the address or tap to open your mail app. Include your account email and what you already tried.

Cancel at period end

Open Settings → Billing → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Choose cancel at period end. You keep paid features until the period ends. Billing shows Cancels on that date.

Plan changes (upgrade/downgrade) happen on the Plans page in ComplyLet Pro, not in the portal. The portal is for payment method, invoices, and cancellation.
